I appreciate my liquor, and I look for them whenever I go travelling.
I have a modest collection of unusual alcohol like the organic limoncello and the small brewery with the heavenly Crema di Melon, or sometimes the limited edition yuzu liquor I find in Kyoto, or the Kirshwasser I bought when i went to Zermatt in Switzerland.
In one of my experiments, I blended both interests of mine together, liquor and cakes. This resulted in liquor-infused cakes.
Cakes here are seasonal and once the liquor is out, I will not be able to make the same flavours until I can get hold of the liquor again.
