ABOUT ME

 

I'm a self-taught baker. A little unorthodox and creative. That's why besides the traditional chiffon cakes, you'll find some unusual flavours here.

I appreciate my liquor and I constantly look for interesting liquors to pair with cakes to create that additional lift to the usual. These are the seasonal items that I will feature here. Once the selected ingredient is out, that particular cake flavour will be unavailable until I can find the ingredient again.
